ALA Chicago has a strong commitment to provide service to the community through outreach and support of charitable organizations.  Our members and Business Partners benefit from engaging in community service activities and feel it is an important part of being an active member of our community.   Our Chapter coordinates community service opportunities throughout the year. 

Initiatives include:

• Iron Chef competitions with proceeds donated to Catholic Charities and the Night Ministry
• The Loom Project
• Clothing Drive for Bridge to Success
• Support of Toys for Tots
• Legal Assistance Foundation
• Cabrini Green Legal Aid
• Chicago Public Schools
• Primo Center
• Chicago Bears Charities
