Does your company offer a robust employee wellness plan? Tune in on October 29th at 8:00 am to join Laura Czekanski, Wellness Supervisor at The Horton Group to learn about the growing importance for an employee wellness program. What once was thought to be a culturally driven program, wellness programs are transiting to a key benefit offering and one of the best ways to help control preventable risk and claims cost. In the COVID-19 era, the need for wellness programs is even greater. New mental and emotional stressors are all around us and the need for coping skills and outreach have become invaluable. The strong correlation between preventive and lifestyle related diseases to high cost claims and even the severity factor of COVID-19 can be addressed in a robust wellness program. Presentation topic areas will include: Incentivized biometric screenings, app based disease management, mental health and COVID-19 return to work assistance.
