Employee Engagement as a Competitive Advantage (Law Firm Leaders Event)
Employee engagement has a strong correlation to a firm's culture. While a supportive culture can create a high degree of employee engagement, an unsupportive culture will have the adverse effect.
A law firm's culture, and the resulting employee engagement, can be a real differentiator in our present highly competitive market (for talent and clients). This presentation will illustrate, using very detailed and readily available market data, how firms that focus on and do a good job engaging their employees, outperform those that do not. Our presenter will use actual data about Chicago firms throughout the presentation making the findings and conclusions highly relevant and impactful for our audience. Attendees will leave with clearly identifiable steps they can take to improve employee engagement and the performance of their firms.
a) understand what is meant by employee engagement;
b) understand the correlation between a firm's culture and their level of employee engagement;
c) understand the correlation between employee engagement and the firm's financial performance;
