Steps to Protect Your Office and More Importantly, Your People

The role that training plays in the steps to achieving the 3 goals that must be established for our organizations is critical. Their role in Surviving the Life or Death Gap is equally critical. For training to be truly effective it must be understood and sensible, and its content must be such that it can be mastered by those being taught. For security measures to be achievable they have to be reasonable and effective. How do we significantly increase our security within our sites without redesigning or breaking the bank?

Topics covered in this course will include:

  • The Decision Making Process and How to Master It
  • The "Life or Death Gap"
  • The Dynamics of an Incident
  • Running Towards or Away From Your Adversary?
  • Tunnel Vision
  • Physical Site Security Considerations
  • Policy Considerations
