Red Cross CPR/First Aid | A Two-Part Series
It is likely that an Administrator would be involved in the event an employee needs emergency assistance. After completing this one hour session, and an on-line session prior to attending, you will earn your Red Cross certification training in adult CPR. (The Red Cross charges a small fee for this program.)
In order to prepare for your in-person class, please read the following information:
This blended learning course includes an online portion and an instructor-led classroom skills session. The online portion must be completed before attending the in-class portion. Most learners complete the online portion in approximately 1 hours 5 minutes. However, your experience may vary widely based on several factors including your PC, internet speed and previous training. We recommend beginning your online session immediately to ensure you have completed it prior to the in-person skill session. The online portion must be taken on a PC or tablet with a high-speed Internet connection (see below for the complete set of PC/tablet requirements for this online course).

Please be prepared to provide your instructor with proof that you completed the online portion using one of the following methods:
- Print your online course completion record available at the end of from the course and show it to your instructor – it will read “Proceed to Skill Session”
- Show your instructor the email you received confirming completion of the online portion
- Login to the online portion and show your instructor the completion status that appears above the “Launch Course” button
Once you have registered for the event and purchased the course, you will be sent a link to take the course online.
