Incorporated in 1977, the Chapter is proud to support over 250 members in the Chicago area. Our membership is diverse, with member backgrounds in all major business disciplines: general management, finance, marketing, human resources and technology. Members represent firms of all sizes, as well as corporate, non-profit and governmental legal departments.

The mission of the Chicago Chapter is to serve the diverse and evolving needs of our members and the legal organizations they represent by:

  • providing high-quality educational programs;
  • promoting peer networking opportunities;
  • fostering professional alliances with business partners; and
  • encouraging our members' active involvement and service in community efforts.
