EXPERIENCE:      We are seeking an individual with at least 7 years of commercial litigation secretarial experience along with e-filing experience and knowledge of court rules.  Proficiency with MS Office 2013, a DMS system and a time entry system is necessary. (iManage and Juris experience is a plus.) Demostrated experience with supporting 3 attorneys and juggling tasks is needed.  Must be a team player and enjoy working independently as well as a team member.

DESCRIPTION:     The qualified individual will prepare, edit and proofread a variety of documents, including correspondence, agreements, discovery, motions and pleadings.  You will need to produce TOCs and TOAs, be proficient in E-filing and Federal & State courts and know court rules.  You will maintain calendars to include coordination and scheduling meetings, depositions and conference calls.  You will send calendar invites and reminders, reserve conference rooms and enter and proofread time entries.  In addition, you will track deadlines and status of cases/matters, and update attorneys on court deadlines.  You must be able to maintain confidential information in a professional and trustworthy manner.
