This position requires a professional, highly motivated, organized individual capable of working in a fast-paced and challenging environment. Advanced computer skills in MS Word (including styles), Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel are required. Candidates must have experience preparing legal documents including pleadings, summons, complaints, discovery, subpoenas, orders, generating TOA, creating TOC and various other documents. Proficiency in Cook County, state and federal court procedures and e-filing is required for this position. Candidate should be able to prioritize incoming/outgoing tasks and work independently and as a team. Must be dependable and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
