DESCRIPTION:      LITIGATION PARALEGAL Fox Swibel Levin & Carroll LLP, a leading business law firm located in the Chicago Loop, is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with a minimum of five years of experience supporting attorneys throughout the life cycle of litigation matters. Ideal candidates are highly motivated selfstarters with excellent communication skills. Candidate will work closely with the practice group chair and attend monthly practice groups meetings. Extensive experience in: eDiscovery (proficiency with Relativity is a prerequisite), handling document productions, preparing privilege logs, organizing and maintaining case files, filing procedures in State and Federal Courts (including e-filing), and trial support. Candidates must have worked on business litigation matters and must possess excellent organizational skills and be (a) highly detailoriented, (b) proactive in nature, and (c) proficient in all Microsoft Office software programs, particularly PowerPoint. Demonstrated commitment to superior client service is a must. Expertise with trial presentation software and legal graphics a bonus.
