  • Staff and attorney recruitment and onboarding, as well as talent retention, development and training
  • Employee relations, including effectively managing employee issues, staff reassignments, counseling underperforming staff and developing and communicating performance improvement plans
  • Benefits administration for the firm’s health and welfare benefits programs, from vendor management, to plan design analysis, implementation and administration
